Welcome Casinos R' Us Customer! 

 

We are happy that you have chosen to travel with us. The following terms and conditions (referred to on this page as “Terms”) apply to all reservations, tickets and trips with Casinos R' Us Transportation, LLC.  “You,’‘ as used in these Terms, means the person using this website, as well as all customers for whom a reservation is made, a ticket is purchased or who travel with us.  Your agreement is with Casinos R' Us and a contract is formed when you make a reservation with us that we accept.  The customer has the responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions before making a reservation. The customer is responsible of submitting accurate information into the reservation form. Entry errors will not be refunded under any circumstances. There will be no refund for no-shows or non use of the trip booked.

Casinos R' Us reserves the right to change or eliminate pick-up locations when necessary and cancel any travel dates if there are not enough reservations.  Availability is first come, first served.   Providing transportation to the traveling public is a privilege that we want to let you enjoy the ride, no driving and arrive safely.

Casinos R' Us as a travel operator, disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage and/or any loss of services which may be sustained on account of, or arising out of, by reason of or while engaged on any trip and whether caused by failure or delay in travel services due to any cause whatsoever occurring during a scheduled trip. This service is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time customers are not on board the vehicle as scheduled.

 

Reservations:

Tickets may be purchased on the reservation websitewww.casinosrus.org or by calling 469-577-5695.  

Tickets and Confirmation -  Immediately confirmed after successfully completing check out, the customer will see the confirmation number online and receive an order summary and eTicket(s) by email.

  1. Passengers must be required minimum age of 18 years of age to reserve seating and provide valid ID to travel.

  2. Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable and non transferrable if cancellation is not within 24 hours of scheduled trip time.

  3. You are suggested to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the van. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of departure time, then Casinos R' Us reserves the right to cancel your ticket and sell your seat or seats to stand-by passengers. If you fail to arrive on time for your scheduled departure, then Casinos R' Us may allow you to travel on a later bus, if there are seats available, in our sole discretion. However, Casinos R' Us is under no obligation to accommodate you if you arrive late. If you do not arrive on the day scheduled for your departure, your ticket will be void, cannot be used later and Casinos R' Us will not issue a refund or allow you to reschedule your departure.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • We will not share your credit card or any other personal information with any outside parties, except as required by law or in compliance with a court order.

  • All persons must comply with any applicable local, state and Federal laws and regulations in connection with travel with Casinos R' Us.

  • You acknowledge that Casinos R' Us is not and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, use or any other economic disadvantage incurred, arising out of, or in any way related to these Terms or travel with Casinos R' Us, under any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if  Casinos R' Us knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages

  • You agree to indemnify Casinos R' Us and hold it harmless from any and all claims, actions, obligations, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) that are incurred by Casinos R' Us arising out of your breach of these Terms.

Liability disclaimer:

The information and services published may include inaccuracies or errors, including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, service descriptions and amenities. We reserve the right to correct any error.  

Right to refuse services:

Casinos R' Us reserves the right to refuse transportation to anyone deemed unsafe or unsuitable for travel. Passengers whom are refused transportation will not be able to receive any refund partial or total or any compensation of any kind.

Driver(s):

The gratuity to the driver is optional based on service.  

Casinos R' Us cannot lift or assist passengers requiring additional support into the vehicle and suggest a companion accompany for assistance in travel.

Limitation of Liability:

Neither the company, nor the service provider, shall be liable in any event or for any reason, including breach of this agreement, either directly or indirectly, to the other party or any third parties involved for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of this agreement. Neither the company, nor the service provider shall under any circumstances be liable to any party for an amount greater than the fee paid to us.

Prohibited items:

The followings items are prohibited: alcoholic beverages, decorations, glass containers, golf shoes, tap beer, smoking. Objects that exceed in length the space the shuttle has for transporting luggage, such as surf boards and skies, may be refused to be loaded. The estimated luggage allowance for shared shuttles is two suitcases and one carry on per person. On private shuttles the customer can use all the space designated for luggage with no restriction on the number of pieces of luggage.

Lost/Misplaced:

Neither the company, its agents or employees shall be liable for any personal property which are misplaced, damaged or left in the vehicle.  If you have lost or misplaced an item and believe it may have been left on a vehicle, you may contact us and you will be transferred to the appropriate staff member.
